Cancellations & changes to your booking

You can self-amend or cancel your booking from the link in your booking confirmation, up to 24 hours before your booked departure.

Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before your booked departure time. We can only refund to the original payment method used.

Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your booked departure (subject to availability to do so)

We do not offer telephone support

Missed departures

  • Missed departures are not refundable

  • We will accept your booking for a later same-day departure if there is remaining availability to do so. On busy days there may not be remaining availability, so we may offer to rebook for another date if you contact us within 3 days of your missed departure.

    Boats will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time. Check-in and boarding open 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and close 5 minutes before departure time.

    If we offer you a complimentary rebooking, we will not rebook this if missed a second time.

Having difficulty adding a child or infant to your booking?

  • Select your ADULT/ STUDENT/ SENIOR or DISABLED TRAVELLER tickets first to unlock CHILD or INFANT availability when booking online.

  • There MUST be at least 1x ADULT/ STUDENT/ SENIOR or DISABLED TRAVELLER to book any CHILD tickets.

  • INFANT bookings require a ratio of 1x ADULT/ STUDENT/ SENIOR or DISABLED TRAVELLER for every 1x INFANT. You will be unable to book more infants if they are not individually accompanied on a 1:1 ratio

Booked the wrong direction?

  • We will do our best to accommodate you if there is remaining availability to do so. However, on busy days this may not always be possible.

    We may be able to rebook you to a later same-day departure if there is remaining availability to do so.

    Otherwise, we may offer to rebook for another date. If we offer you a complimentary rebooking, we will not rebook if this the new booking is missed.
